Holbrook & Co Estate Agents, newly re-branded from Castledene Sales & Lettings, has opened three new offices in Seaham, Hartlepool, and Bishop Auckland.
Due to the continued growth of its managed letting portfolio, the group has also relocated its specialist letting hub to Lighthouse View on Spectrum Business Park in Seaham.
The rebrand and new offices represent continued growth of the Castledene Group, following the departure of CEO John Paul.

The continued growth will create further job opportunities throughout the organisation and across the region. It is estimated that a further 10 jobs will be created in the next quarter.
The group’s growth follows significant acquisitions in recent years, including Gordon Lamb, Red Hot Properties, James Winn, BeeMyHomes and Yellow Estate Agency, all of which allow the group to expand its coverage across the North East.
