Nigel Farage’s Reform UK had over 46,000 people join Reform UK in the last two weeks of December, the party chairman told supporters.

To join Reform UK you pay a fee of £25, the party now has more than 170,560 members meaning they have gained more than £4 million in subscriptions.

During a conference in Chelmsford, Essex, which is the Tory leader constituency, Zia Yusuf asked supports to give a “big Reform round of applause” to Kemi Badenoch.”

Farage said to the Tory leader, “Kemi, are you watching on the livestream? It’s happening folks. This party is on the march.”

He said, “There is a younger generation coming through who are turning their backs on what left-wing teachers are telling them.

“They are filled with new ambition and new hope and they too are joining our party in their thousands every week.

“That is really exciting news.”

Yusuf said that Reform has become “the talk not just of the UK but of the western world,” he then thanked the Tory leader over her comments where she said the membership numbers are “fake,” as her “ill-advised outburst” has helped garner more members and he said that he is “very grateful.”

Badenoch hit out at Reform UK last week Farage’s membership milestone is “fake” and that “It’s not real.”

Farage said that Badenoch is “bitter” and that Reform UK has not been “manipulating” the figures and that they have taken over the Conservatives membership numbers.

Badenoch wrote on X, “Manipulating your own supporters at Xmas, Nigel? It’s not real. It’s a fake…coded to tick up automatically.

“We’ve been watching the back end for days and can also see they’ve just changed the code to link to a different site as people point this out.

“Farage doesn’t understand the digital age. This kind of fakery gets found out pretty quickly, although not before many are fooled…like many of you, I am sick of the endless lies, smoke and mirrors, stuff and nonsense politics.”

Farage has invited all Reform UK members and supporters in North West Essex to meet him on 31 January to take photos to show Badenoch that his members are real.

Farage will also target Badenoch’s constituency at the next General Election, he told the Tory leader, “You had your chance.”

He added, “You accused me of being dishonest. You had your chance to apologise. Well now the gloves are off.”
