Simon Brien in Northern Ireland has officially opened its fifth office in Cavehill, North Belfast.

This new office opening in North Belfast complements the estate agency’s four established offices in South Belfast, East Belfast, Holywood and Newtownards.

The North Belfast office will cater for a wide range of property services, including residential sales, new homes, property management, lettings and fine home and estates.

The North Belfast branch, located at 168 Cavehill Road, Belfast, BT15 5EX, will be managed by Ryan McAvoy.

Simon Brien’s expansion into North Belfast highlights its dedication to leading Northern Ireland’s real estate market.

Simon Brien, director of Simon Brien, said: “We are driven by a commitment to innovation, excellence and the delivery of a best-in-class property experience. We have welcomed 17 new team members in the past year, and with the addition of this new office, we are better placed to serve our clients in North Belfast and surrounding areas, offering them the personalised service and expertise that our business is renowned for.

“This January, the number of sale agreed properties has risen by 75% year-on-year, highlighting the strength of Northern Ireland’s property market. We have our sights set on further expansion and are excited to continue our next phase of growth to reach more local communities across Northern Ireland.”
