The 32-year-old has released the second track from her forthcoming album, You & I, and has delighted fans as she shared the music video directed by Waititi alongside it.

Taking inspiration from Fame and A Chorus Line, the video, which includes a cameo from Norman Cook, sees the Anywhere hitmaker running late to an audition.

After gathering her thoughts, she joins her dancing group, known as “the seven stepperz”, on stage to showcase their moves, which include a nod to the dance anthem’s original video and signature choreography.

Following a shaky start, fans watch as Ora transforms from timid auditionee to full-blown pop star in black latex attire with a whole crop of backing dancers as the track builds and she belts out “Who knew love would leave me feeling this good?”.

The video’s release comes as the Poison hitmaker announced that her third studio album, You & I, will be released on July 14.

The singer, 32, released the new music video for her song, Praising You

You & I is her first album in five years – and her first with BMG. The record has been dubbed her most personal album yet as she details falling in love with the Kiwi filmmaker, 47.

Talking about her forthcoming release, the music star said: “This album really means a lot to me.

“It’s like my diary of the last few years; it’s my sound and it just feels so true to me and who I am today.”

She previously told GQ Hype about the record: “I’m capturing this moment in my life where I’m falling in love. There are things I talk about on it, very personal thoughts, about what it took for me to decide on this person, and to commit to him.

“I’ve just been very brave and confident. I’ve written a lot of songs on this album, I’ve been in every session, and if not, I’ve altered songs to fit me.

“I’ve never done that before with any album; really done all the work and written every single song or been a part of every single song process.”

In January, Ora revealed that she and the JoJo Rabbit filmmaker had secretly tied the knot in an intimate wedding last summer.

While promoting the record’s lead single You Only Love Me, the singer told Heart Breakfast: “It was perfect. It was exactly, exactly how I wanted.

“It was nice and perfect. It is nice to keep some things just to myself sometimes it was nice and sweet… Sorry it’s not that interesting. One day I will throw a big party.

“I just thought I may as well put it in my music so this is the first time where the music does all the talking. It explains my love story which is on the album.”
