Oleksandr Bevz, advisor to the head of the President Volodymyr Zelensky’s Office said following talks in Geneva the 28-point peace plan now “no longer exists.”
Ukraine “discussed” all point of the Washington’s peace plan with the US, Bevz said that it was more of a conspiracy theory than reality.
Bevz wrote, “Ukraine discussed every point of the proposed plan with the USA. The 28-point plan, as everyone saw it, no longer exists.
“Some points were removed, others were amended. Not a single comment from the Ukrainian side went unanswered.”

He added, “Someday I’ll write in my memoirs how the delegation’s leadership navigated a thicket of manipulation to ensure that this meeting not only took place, but was constructive.”
Russian Presidential Aide Yury Ushakov told the media that the Kremlin is aware of the EU peace plane for Ukraine, but it is unconstructive.
Ushakov said, “Regarding the proposals circulating: this morning, we learned of a European plan that, at first glance, appears entirely unconstructive and unsuitable for us.”
Secretary of State Marco Rubio described the meeting as “the most productive” since the war started.
The European Solidarity Party (Eurosolidarity) issued a statement saying Russia’s peace plan is “unacceptable in any form.”
They said, “The Russian plan is unacceptable in any form.
“The Ukrainian peace plan must be joint with Europe, agreed with the allies, built on the principles of international law and on those red lines that are not subject to negotiation – our territories, our army, our language, our faith, our freedom.”
It added, “Today, we are represented there by people who appear in the high-profile materials of the “Mindich tapes” – in a case that has become a symbol of how corruption tries to survive even during a major war. This significantly weakens Ukraine‘s position at a time when we need firmness, transparency and an impeccable reputation from each member of the delegation.
“It seems that someone decided to use the negotiation process not to protect the country, but as a political umbrella to hide from responsibility.
“These things cannot be mixed up… Negotiations should be conducted by strong, experienced, impeccably trusted negotiators.”
