Guy Spencer

Savills has launched a dedicated residential letting office in Hyde Park which represents a key addition to the firm’s prime central London network.

Headed up by Guy Spencer, the experienced team – including many long-standing agents in the area – will cover the breadth of the W2 letting market.

Spencer joined Savills in September 2022 to launch the Hyde Park residential letting office. He brings 11 years’ experience in the estate agency industry to the role and prior to joining Savills he headed up Hyde Park and Queens Park letting division at Knight Frank.

He will oversee the day to day running of the office, manage key clients and be a key contact for The Church Commissioners for England. Savills has recently been appointed as the residential agent acting on behalf of The Church Commissioners who own a portfolio of both residential and commercial properties on the Hyde Park Estate.

Spencer commented: “It’s a very exciting time for W2 as it experiences a significant transformation and I am delighted to be part of its revival working closely with the nearby Savills offices to expand our reach and provide a dedicated service in the area.

“We aim to combine unrivalled local W2 expertise with a broadened reach through our extensive national and international Savills network to better serve our clients.

“With the transformation of the canal side around Paddington Basin and the regeneration of  Bayswater with Queensway’s evolution into a destination retail location, the area is set to flourish and alongside its neighbouring areas. Additionally, the post code’s park side position overlooking Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park further enhances its appeal as proximity to green space continues to be near the top of wish lists when searching for our clients.”
