A senior Russian general has been “assassinated” in car bomb in Moscow on Monday morning.

Lt General Fanil Sarvarov, the head of the operational training directorate of Russia’s armed forces was one of Vladimir Putin’s senior officials died from injuries sustained in the successful car bomb attack.

An explosive device exploded from underneath his car as he was travelling to work, Russia’s Investigative Committee said.

Svetlana Petrenko, official spokesperson for Russia’s Investigative Committee, said, “Investigators are pursuing numerous lines of enquiry regarding the murder. One of these is that the crime was orchestrated by Ukrainian intelligence services.”

A report said that the general had “multiple shrapnel injuries, closed fractures, leg injuries, and a fractured facial bone,” he would have bled out.

Putin can’t protect Russian planes, oil refineries, sub stations or apparently its Generals in yet another assignation.
