Agents using Reapit can now access the Moverly material information solution following integration of the software.

Moverly said its solution, which part-populates property listings with the required data, can now be accessed in “three clicks” via Reapit’s CRM.

The integration is designed to forego the need to manually paste links and descriptions into portal listings, with Moverly handling the process automatically. The aim is to save agents time and ensure full compliance with the latest material information regulations.

Moverly’s platform gathers live data from authoritative sources such as HM Land Registry, Ofcom, and national search providers to compile material information packs. Moverly also offers an integrated AML verification step.

Commenting on the partnership with Reapit, Gemma Young, CEO and co-founder of Moverly, said: “By integrating directly with Reapit’s CRM, we’re making it easier than ever for agents to comply with these important new requirements, with a focus on not adding to their already busy workloads.”

John Hennessy, director of partnerships and commercial at Reapit, commented: “At Reapit, we’re always looking for ways to help our agents stay ahead of the curve and adapt to changing industry requirements.

“By partnering with Moverly, our users have access to a tool to simplify material and upfront information compliance, combined with Reapit’s latest material information feature, it will help save them time and reduce the risk of penalties.”
