Spring, the home buying and part exchange service, has agreed a new partnership with Connells Group.
As part of this headline deal, Spring will offer its fully-funded part exchange solutions and chain repair service to the group’s land and new homes division, in a bid to boost sales.
More than 100 property developers and estate agency brands currently utilise the Spring service.
The partnership will enable Connells Group to offer Spring’s part exchange solution and chain repair service to its developer clients, designed primarily for developers who do not offer their own in-house part exchange.
Spring, which will purchase the buyers’ existing property, continues to expand its services into the mainstream marketplace, as Cormac Henderson, co-founder and executive chairman, explained: “With Spring as a partner, Connells can further enhance its market-leading consumer-focused product range, ultimately driving sales and revenue for the business.”
