Dwelly has completed its fourth agency acquisition in less than a year with the purchase of Parks Residential in Brighton.

This latest move sees 450 new units added to the Dwelly portfolio, with the firm now managing over 2,500 units, following previous acquisitions in Yorkshire, Essex, and Suffolk, with a goal to surpass 10,000 units under management by the end of 2025.

Founded over 30 years ago, Parks Residential is a well-established independent agency in Brighton, and will retain its brand and existing team, supported by Dwelly’s lettings and management systems, following the purchase, which was brokered by Adam J  Walker & Associates.

Sam Humphreys, head of M&A at Dwelly, commented: “Parks Residential is exactly the kind of business we want to partner with, respected deeply rooted in the local community and known for delivering high quality service.

“Their team’s exceptional local knowledge and strong client relationships align perfectly with our values and vision. We’re excited to build on Parks’ success, supporting their team and clients for the long term as we strengthen our presence in Brighton and the south coast.”

Parks Residential’s Graham Jasper said: “Brighton is one of the most competitive lettings markets in the country, so staying ahead requires not only deep local knowledge, but also the tools to operate with real efficiency and agility.

“The deal with Dwelly gives us access to cutting-edge technology that will allow Parks Residential to perform at the very best of its ability while continuing to deliver the personal, high-quality service our clients have come to expect.

“Parks has been part of the Brighton community for over 30 years, and we’re incredibly proud of the reputation we’ve built for professionalism and integrity. What made Dwelly the right choice was their clear respect for that legacy and their commitment to preserving the culture we’ve worked so hard to establish.”
