The Federation of Independent Agents (The FIA) has unveiled its first AI-powered product under the newly created ‘Pulse’ brand.

Pulse has been developed to deliver monthly, fully automated AI-driven data and market analysis solutions for estate agents. The first product is currently being rolled out free of charge to FIA members, following a successful beta testing phase.

Each monthly Pulse Pack includes a fully branded suite of social media-ready data infographics, professional market commentary, and a unique 1,000-word blog article. The blog draws directly from the data points featured in the pack, helping agents deliver insightful, illustrated market analysis with zero manual input.

Graham Lock, CEO of The FIA, commented: “I’m really excited about the launch of Pulse. AI is rapidly becoming a powerful tool for agents, and this new product doesn’t just save time — it creates consistent, automated content that positions our members as local market experts. It also enhances SEO performance and visibility in AI-powered search engines.”

The FIA says it is committed to staying ahead of the AI curve as the technology becomes increasingly integrated into the estate agency landscape. At its annual conference in July, FIA members will be introduced to a broader suite of AI tools designed to save time, improve consistency, and drive efficiency across their businesses.

Lock added: “This is just the start of a new era in agency. The key is to focus on products that are relevant, usable, and complement the all-important human touch that defines great agency work. We won’t back tools that undermine the personal relationships our industry is built on. Pulse is designed to enhance, not replace, the agent’s role — and I’m excited about what’s coming next.”
