Mark Gallagher who is one of the Tories donor’s has defected to Nigel Farage’s Reform UK party, in yet another blow for the Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch, Sky News reported.
Gallagher gave the Conservative leader £2,000 for her leadership campaign in 2024, it is believed he defected as Badenoch never responded to continuous attempts to help, but he was allegedly ignored.
A Reform UK source told Sky News, “Nigel and Mark have been friends for a long, we understand he is very disenchanted with the Conservative Party.”
