The Property Franchise Group (TPFG) has signed an agreement with Street.co.uk to implement the CRM system across all Newton Fallowell offices.

The technological transition will see Newton Fallowell’s network of offices move onto Street for both sales and lettings. The set-up phase is already underway, with dedicated teams from TPFG and Street.co.uk collaborating closely. The first Newton Fallowell office is expected to go live early next year, with full network migration targeted for completion by the end of Q1.

Street.co.uk, designed to streamline day-to-day administrative tasks, provides estate agents with a fully comprehensive, end-to-end platform that encompasses sales, lettings, property management, and client accounting. The platform’s visual, data-driven dashboard helps track KPIs with ease, enabling agents to make informed decisions that support business growth.

Gareth Samples, CEO of The Property Franchise Group, commented: “We are delighted to be rolling out Street across the entire Newton Fallowell network. At TPFG, we consistently leverage our strength and scale to secure partnerships that deliver real value to our franchisees.

“Street is an outstanding platform that will enhance operational efficiency, support data-driven decisions, and ultimately help the Newton Fallowell offices deliver an even better experience for their clients. This is an exciting step forward for the brand, and we look forward to seeing the positive impact this partnership will bring.”

Ellie Hall, group managing director of Newton Fallowell, commented: “This partnership represents a major leap forward for our network. Ensuring our offices have access to the most effective, intuitive technology is essential to maintaining the high standards our clients expect.

“Street.co.uk will give our franchisees the tools they need to operate more efficiently, gain deeper insights from their data, and ultimately deliver an even more seamless experience for sellers, landlords, buyers, and tenants alike. We’re excited to begin this transition and confident it will bring significant benefits to our franchisees and their clients across the country.”

Heather Staff, co-founder of Street Group, added: “Newton Fallowell and TPFG have a clear vision for the future, and we’re incredibly proud to support them on this next step. Their commitment to innovation, driving efficiency, and delivering an exceptional client experience is evident in everything they do. Street.co.uk is here to complement that ambition, and we’re excited to work closely with their teams as they continue raising the bar across their network.”
