As the transfer window heads into July, Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham remain among the busiest clubs of the summer so far. The Gunners are still working on a final agreement for Declan Rice, and are also close to sealing a £40m deal for Jurrien Timber, having also this week announced the arrival of Kai Havertz.

Chelsea and Manchester United have finally agreed a £60m deal for Mason Mount, who will now undergo a medical on Monday. The Blues will waste no time signing replacement midfielders, and want Brighton’s Moises Caicedo, while Hakim Ziyech’s move away from Stamford Bridge has collapsed. United hope to follow up Mount’s arrival with a deal for goalkeeper Andre Onana, as they prepare an opening bid for the Inter Milan goalkeeper.

Tottenham have already spent more than £80m this summer, most recently signing James Maddison, and are now looking to bolster their defence with Edmond Tapsoba, Micky van de Ven and Gleison Bremer all of interest. Harry Kane is set for talks over his future as Bayern prepare a second bid, while Liverpool believe they can sign Dominik Szoboszlai. Follow all the latest news, gossip and rumours below!

Arsenal set to miss out on Guler

Barcelona have confirmed their intention to sign teenage sensation Arda Guler, who has been linked with Arsenal.

The 18-year-old attacking midfielder has a release clause reportedly worth £15million in his Fenerbahce contract, making him one of Europe’s top transfer market gems for the summer after a breakout season in Turkey.

Real Madrid and Newcastle have also been tipped to bid for Guler with Barcelona said to be willing to loan him back to Fenerbahce should they complete the deal.

Blaugrana sporting director Deco has flown out to Istanbul to discuss the deal, club president Joan Laporta has admitted, with the Spanish giants publicly confirming their desire to complete the signing.

Silva to Saudi Arabia?

Al-Nassr are set to make a move for Bernardo Silva after seeing a proposed deal for Hakim Ziyech fall through.

The Chelsea winger was set to join the Saudi side for £8m, but that has now collapsed. It is believed that is due to a failure to agree personal terms, though it has also been claimed there were issues found during the medical.
