fell 4% in the extended session Tuesday after the online car platform named Oliver Foley as its new chief financial officer, replacing Teresa Luong. Foley will start at TrueCar on Oct. 30 and report to Chief Executive Jantoon Reigersman, the company said. Foley will be joining TrueCar from car-sharing company Flexcar LLC, TrueCar said.
