Here’s what CNBC TV’s producers were watching as the Dow Industrials gained more than 500 points, and what’s on the radar for the next session. Merck, Pfizer, Amgen All three big health-care stocks report Tuesday morning. Merck has gained about 32% in the past three months. The stock hit a new high on Monday. Pfizer has advanced 8% over the past three months. The stock is off 4% from the October high. Amgen has added 15.5% in the past three months. Shares are down 2.4% from last week’s high. AMGN 3M mountain Amgen in the past three months AMD CNBC TV’s Kristina Partsinevelos picks up on Advanced Micro Devices on Tuesday ahead of its earnings. The stock has fallen nearly 4% in the past three months. The stock is 8% from the late October high. On Monday, however, AMD was up 4%. Beyond stocks In the past day, only one stock was on the CNBC.com “most searched” list of tickers: Nvidia . The chip giant ranked 10th. Here are the top nine tickers CNBC.com’s ticker-hungry readership wanted to know more about — likely due to the wide swings and heavy volatility: Gold is up 19% in three months and down 6% in a week. Silver is up around 70% in three months, down about 30% in a week. Bitcoin : The cryptocurrency jumped back above $78,000 on Monday. In the last three months, it has lost almost 30%. Orange juice futures have gained 25% since the last week of November. They have lost almost 15% in the past week. The Dow Industrials , up 2.8% in 2026, and the Nasdaq 100 , up 1.9% this year, were on the list. Ethereum : It is down almost 40% in three months. The iShares Silver Trust (SLV) also made the list. Moomoo saw a sharp rise in retail traders buying and selling the ProShares Ultra Silver (AGQ) , which doubles the price of silver on the way up and doubles it on the way down. AGQ was down about 7% on Monday. In the past week, it has lost 57%. If you rode it up, hopefully you bailed out. In the last six months, it has gained more than 200%. India President Donald Trump said that the U.S. and India have reached a trade deal . The iShares MSCI India ETF (INDA) was up about 3% on the news. It is off 5% from the June high and has gained 12% since reaching a 52-week low on March 4. The materials sector ranks second, up 9.4% year to date. The consumer staples sector is up 9.2% this year. The bottom three are all slightly down year to date including the utilities, tech and financial sectors.
