Turkey’s foreign ministry has blasted Israel over the order for 1.1 million Gazans to evacuate northern Gaza within 24 hours.
Turkey said it is “completely unacceptable” for Israel to order people to flee for their lives within 24 hours.
The Turkish Foreign Ministry issued Israel with the warning, as the Israeli military prepares for what will be a brutal ground offensive. The Turkish ministry said the order is inhumane and violates international law.

White House are ‘bracing for what comes next’ as Israel orders 1.1 million civilians in Gaza to evacuate
The ministry said, “Forcing the 2.5 million people of Gaza – who have been subjected to indiscriminate bombing for days and who have been deprived of electricity, water and food – to migrate in an extremely limited area is a clear violation of international law and has no place in humanity.
“We expect Israel to immediately reverse this grave mistake and urgently halt its merciless… acts against civilians in Gaza.”
On Friday the Israeli military dropped flyers warning Gazans to evacuate “immediately” to the south, according to AFP.
The flyers seen by AFP correspondents in the Palestinian territory reads, “Evacuate your homes immediately and go south of Wadi Gaza.”
The flyers warned Gazans do “not return to your homes until further notice.”
The United Nations agency for Palestinian refugees (UNRWA) has reported that around 423,000 Gazans have been displaced over the past six days.
