UK Sotheby’s International Realty has increased its presence in prime central London with the opening of a new office in Knightsbridge.

Strategically located to serve the nearby areas, including Kensington, Chelsea, Belgravia and Notting Hill, the opening of the Knightsbridge office aims to increase local market share. UK Sotheby’s International Realty has operated in this zone since its founding in 1976.

The opening of the Knightsbridge office builds on a phase of strong growth for UK Sotheby’s International Realty. Recent launches include an exclusive Mayfair showroom on Conduit Street and a new high street presence in prestigious St John’s Wood. As the company expands its London footprint, it has also driven recruitment with some of the industry’s biggest names.

George Azar, chairman and CEO of UK Sotheby’s International Realty, said: “Knightsbridge has been intentionally selected as our location, thanks to our established relationship with Dubai Holdings. Our team at UK Sotheby’s International Realty knows this area very well, making it a delightful opportunity to extend our presence into this neighbourhood.

“With the recent opening of our third new office in London, we’ve harnessed the momentum we’ve built earlier this year, reinforcing our position in the city’s prime real estate market. Looking ahead, we anticipate continued growth, as we welcome more top real estate talent in London and explore opportunities to expand into various locations across the city”.

The new office is located at 12 Cadogan Place next to The Carlton Jumeirah Hotel.
