Ukrainian military intelligence (HUR) has carried out a brilliant cyber-attack causing more than 66 million rubles or around $88,000 in damages to the Orion Telecom.
Orion Telecom is one of the largest providers in Siberia, a source from HUR told the Kyiv Independent.
Orion reported the massive losses as they sent a complaint to Russian police following the spectacular cyber-attack which also led to personal data leak.
The source told the Kyiv Independent, “One of the largest Siberian Internet providers, Orion Telecom, was immediately impoverished by 66 million rubles as a result of a special operation by the HUR MO cyber corps.”
