BusinessCloud has revealed its PropTech 50 innovation ranking for 2024.

Readers of the online technology publication and an expert judging panel have together decided the 50 companies blazing a technology trail in the property sector.

The PropTech 50 celebrates businesses of all sizes creating original tech for real estate, construction, the built environment and building management.

fu3e, based in London, tops the ranking. Its AI-powered real estate software platform allows funds, owners, developers & consultants to manage risks, costs & milestones in real-time.

Colchester-headquartered Cloud, which delivers smart facilities management solutions and technology, is in second spot ahead of Furbnow (Birmingham) and Wondrwall (Manchester).

The Depositary (London), an innovative SaaS platform designed to streamline the residential end-of-tenancy process for letting agents, landlords and tenants, completes the top five.

“To be ranked 5th is an incredible validation of the mission we are on to transform tenancy conclusions for all,” said Kristjan Byfield, co-founder of The Depositary. “This ranking reinforces the impact we are making in streamlining the tenancy conclusion process for letting agents and landlords.”
