The Voice of the Agent Conference 2025 will this year be accessible to estate and letting agents across the UK via a national livestream, broadcast from Bletchley Park on Friday 7 November. Registration for online access is priced at £199.

Organised by We Are Unchained, the CPD-accredited event brings together agents, analysts, and behavioural science experts to explore the data shaping the future of the property sector.

This year’s theme, “Data Doesn’t Have an Opinion, But It Does Have a Voice,” draws inspiration from Bletchley Park’s heritage as a centre of code-breaking and collaboration.

For the first time, the entire programme will be streamed live, giving agents nationwide the opportunity to watch keynote sessions, data releases, and panel discussions remotely.

Simon Leadbetter, founder of We Are Unchained, said: “Accessibility should never be a barrier to insight. The property industry is built on local expertise, but too often, national knowledge is locked behind high ticket prices or closed rooms. Those joining us at Bletchley Park will experience the day first-hand at the best possible price, including the atmosphere, conversations, and unique extras reserved for those in the room.

“But we also believe that the future of our industry depends on shared intelligence. That’s why we’re livestreaming The Voice of the Agent to every agent in the country, from the self-employed, independents on the high street to multi-branch networks. Insight should unite us, not divide us, and that’s exactly the spirit Bletchley Park represents.”

The conference features new findings from the Voice of the Agent 2025 survey, which gathers the views of thousands of agents and consumers on marketing effectiveness, technology adoption, and the economic outlook. The event will also include sessions on AI, behavioural science, and data-driven marketing, with speakers from across the property and technology sectors.

Virtual attendees will receive:

+ Access to the full live stream on 7 November (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)

+ Three-month on-demand replay for all sessions

+ Interactive Q&A participation throughout the day
