Flatfair is to host a webinar later this month for landlords and letting agents seeking to protect and grow their revenue streams in the face of the Renters’ Rights Bill.
Sales and partnerships director at flatfair, Emma Parsons, who has more than two decades of industry experience, will host the event. She will be joined by David Smith, head of dispute resolution at JMW Solicitors LLP.
The session is designed to help agents and landlords navigate the implications of the upcoming reforms. These include: the abolition of Section 21 evictions, the ending of assured shorthold tenancies (ASTs), and the introduction to the PRS of the Decent Homes Standard – changes which are designed to improve tenant rights when the Bill becomes law later this year.
Flatfair will also use the platform to promote its ‘No Deposit’ solution, which provides an alternative to traditional deposits.
“Letting agents are already seeing increased administrative demands as compliance obligations grow,” says flatfair CEO, Gary Wright.
