Hoffen West has completed the acquisition of the lettings and property management portfolio of Ayrton Wylie, a long-standing firm in prime central London property. The acquisition expands Hoffen West’s operations in Belgravia and the surrounding areas.

Ayrton Wylie has operated in the sector for more than 25 years, providing lettings and management services to landlords and tenants. By integrating this portfolio, Hoffen West will continue these services while introducing updated technology, streamlined processes, and a team focused on client support.

Neil West, director of Hoffen West, commented: “We are proud to welcome Ayrton Wylie’s valued clients into the Hoffen West family. This acquisition reflects our commitment to offering an unrivalled level of service and expertise in one of London’s most prestigious markets.”

Seamus Wylie, founder of Ayrton Wylie, added: “After 25 years of serving our clients in Belgravia, we are pleased to entrust our lettings and management portfolio to Hoffen West. Their professionalism and client-first approach make them the ideal partner to continue delivering the high standards our landlords and tenants expect. It also frees Simon Ayrton and I up to concentrate on our sales and acquisition work for our clients, while still working from the office that has been our home for so many years ”
