After 25 years in the same current premises, MD Properties in Stafford has moved to a new premises on Mill Street in the town centre.
The new branch, spread over two floors, will enable the agency to recruit extra staff members as part of its wider growth strategy.
Izabela Soszynska-Opryszek, director of MD Properties, said: “Over the past few years, the business has grown in size and we have been looking for new premises for some time.
“We are proud of our hard-working staff led by office manager Nicola Leese and her team. Their efforts are greatly appreciated and without their support the move would not have been possible. We have a promotion on for landlords to celebrate our move starting 1st June. Details will be on our website in due course.”
The firm’s co-director, Robert Macfarlane, who founded the business 31 years ago with his late wife, Diane, added: “This is a fantastic move for MD Properties. We are all very excited to welcome current and new landlords to our new offices.
“Izabela and I are also professional landlords, owning between us a large number of properties coupled with jointly over 40 years experience in the business. So we are aware of the rewards and challenges landlords face.”
