Neil Sloam

Winkworth franchisee Neil Sloam has expanded his North London operation with the opening a new office in Belsize Park.

The new branch, which will also cover nearby Hampstead, will join Sloam’s other offices in this part of North London, which includes branches in West Hampstead, St John’s Wood and Maida Vale.

Winkworth Belsize Park will be headed by North London agent Jack Peet, who runs the Winkworth West Hampstead office in West End Lane, and assistant manager Jonathan Rose.

Neil Sloam said: “Belsize Park  is a great location to be based for the immediate local area and for Hampstead village, two of the capital’s most popular affluent areas, with their own character and a wide range of homes, from mansion flats, conversions to large period family homes in the most sought-after locations, from £500,000 upwards to £20-£30m. The area has always appealed to artists, actors and media people, as well as tech entrepreneurs, bankers and lawyers.

“We have a great team led by Jack Peet,  with outstanding local knowledge and experience based at Belsize Park. It’s a really exciting move for us.”

Dominic Agace, chief executive at Winkworth, said: “Neil Sloam has an outstanding reputation for the highest standards of service in this part of prime north London and we are delighted with this latest expansion. Neil is a shining example of how our franchisees can create the opportunities to build on their successes by growing their presence. This reflects on our strategy to support our franchisees to be in the top three performing agents in their area.”
