Reeds Rains has expanded with a virtual presence in East Anglia.

The LSL Estate Agency Franchise (LSLEAF) has launched in Wroxham under the leadership of franchise partners Oliver Hurren and Kerry Stobart.

The new Reeds Rains branch in Wroxham has officially opened as a virtual office, with plans to establish a high-street presence soon.

This venture introduces Stobart & Hurren Limited, a collaboration between Hurren, an experienced franchisee who owns three Your Move branches in Norfolk and Suffolk, and Stobart, who brings independent agency expertise to the partnership.

The Wroxham branch will initially focus on residential lettings, providing high-quality service to landlords in the area.

Hurren commented: “LSLEAF has already supported me in adding lettings to my sales business a decade ago, more recently in acquiring a lettings book and now this new partnership with Kerry. I’m excited to work together to support landlords in Wroxham and continue growing the business.”

Stobart added: “I’ve always valued the independence of running my own agency, but partnering with Oliver and joining the Reeds Rains franchising group is a fantastic opportunity. I’m excited to see how this collaboration will help us develop a thriving business in Wroxham.”

The Wroxham branch expands Reeds Rains’ presence in East Anglia and aligns with LSL Estate Agency Franchising’s innovative approach, which allows new franchisees to gain market traction via a virtual branch before transitioning to a physical location.

Lee Carratt, franchise partnerships director at LSL Estate Agency Franchising, said: “It’s been a pleasure working with Oliver to open the Wroxham branch and to welcome Kerry to the Reeds Rains network. Oliver’s drive and Kerry’s expertise make for a great partnership. This launch is another milestone in our strategy to grow Reeds Rains’ presence in key markets, and we look forward to supporting them.”
