Knight Frank, Savills, BNP Paribas Real Estate, JLL, Lambert Smith Hampton, Carter Jones, along with portals Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket, have made the latest Superbrands list in the annual review of the UK’s leading brands. But Purplebricks, identified as one of the fastest growing brands in Britain for gaining relevancy amongst consumers just three years ago, has fallen to 460th on the list.

Savills has been named top real estate brand for the 16th year running in the latest 2022/23 UK list.

During its 167-year history, Savills has grown from being a family firm of chartered surveyors into an international property services group with more than 700 offices and associates in 70 countries.

The Superbrands listings are compiled annually with 3,200 brands across 158 categories assessed for quality, reliability, and distinction – the three factors that define a true Superbrand.

Brands are voted for by a nationally representative sample of 2,500 UK business professionals and 2,500 adults and ratified by independent panels of business experts. Unlike many industry awards, brands do not pay or apply to be considered.

Superbrands published its first Annual in 1995 and now is in its 23rd publication in the UK. The Annual explores the history, development, and achievements of some of the nation’s leading brands, showcasing why they are well-regarded and providing valuable insights into each brand’s strategy and proposition.

Damon Segal, CEO of Superbrands UK, commented: “This year has continued to see monumental changes in the way the businesses are working and have had to adapt. A massive congratulations to all those who continue to capture the hearts and minds of their UK audiences.”
