The Welsh Estate Agency Awards has opened applications for its 2026 ceremony.
Following the success of the inaugural awards this summer, the next event will take place on 23 April at the Hilton Hotel in Cardiff.
The awards will once again be hosted by Welsh television and radio presenter Sara Edwards, and aim to recognise the contributions of professionals across Wales’ property sector.
The categories for 2026 are as follows:
Residential Estate Agency of the Year
Commercial Estate Agency of the Year
Residential Lettings Agency of the Year
Commercial Lettings Agency of the Year
Mortgage Broker/Introducer of the Year
Estate Agent of the Year
Young Estate Agent of the Year
Small Practice of the Year
Multi-Agency of the Year
Technological & Innovative Agency of the Year
Social Media/PR Campaign of the Year
Employer of the Year
Green Business of the Year
Surveyor of the Year

The closing date for applications is Friday 6th March 2026, with nominations announced on Monday 9th March 2026.
