Winkworth agents Shilpa and Ajay Bathija have extended their presence in north London – taking over the network’s Hendon office.
Ajay, who has nearly 30 years’ experience in the industry, and Shilpa took over the Kingsbury franchise seven years ago. They have now acquired Hendon from franchisee Howard Greenfield, who will continue to run the Winkworth Golders Green and Finchley offices.
Shilpa, who came from a marketing background at L’Oreal, said: “Hendon is an excellent area, with good schools and transport, and offers a fantastic business opportunity for us. Our area of operation will also cover Colindale, which offers excellent value, with flats starting from around £350,000 and three bedroom houses from around £500,000. With our Kingsbury office, we now cover a substantial area of north London. We will apply the same principles to our new office, working hard and providing an outstanding service for our clients.
