Women in Estate Agency (WiEA) has announced the launch of a leadership training programme, designed to empower women in the estate agency industry.

This programme, sponsored by Rightmove, offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development.

The ‘Power of You’ training will equip aspiring female leaders with the confidence and strategic thinking required to step up, while also offering established leaders the opportunity to refresh their skills, gain new perspectives and reignite their passion for leadership.

The programme features three distinct courses, each focussing on key aspects of leadership development. Participants can choose to attend individual courses or complete the entire programme – each course will allow attendees to earn CPD points.

The first course, ‘Unlock Your Leadership Potential’, will be held at Rightmove’s offices in Milton Keynes on 7 October and in London on 11 October. The courses will be led by two highly experienced industry trainers: Clare Yates, owner of CY Training Works and a WiEA committee member, and Jo Bourne, Regional WiEA Advocate for Yorkshire and owner of Impact CTMD. Together they’ll help participants identify their strengths, develop their leadership style and build strong networks.

Verona Frankish, WiEA committee chairperson, said: “We are incredibly excited to launch this leadership training programme. Empowering women to reach their full potential is at the heart of our mission, and this programme is a significant step towards achieving that goal. We are grateful to Rightmove for their generous support, which has made this programme possible.”

Places on the leadership training course can be booked via the WiEA website – https://womeninestateagency.co.uk/leadership-training/
