Zoopla has announced it is hosting its quarterly market update next week to discuss how estate agents can keep their business succeeding for the rest of the year.

Hosted by Zoopla’s executive director of research, Richard Donnell and Nikki Cole, director of national sales – the webinar, which will take place om Wednesday 14 June, aims to help agents prepare for the second half of 2023 and beyond.

Topics that will be covered in the webinar include:

  • What’s the outlook for landlords in the face of government changes and higher mortgage rates?

  • What’s the right strategy for the sales market now?

  • Regulation, the industry and consumers

Cole and Donnell will also be sharing their top tips and best practice for agents to succeed for the remainder of the year. Following feedback from agents who attended the last market update, there will also be an extended 15-minute Q&A at the end of the webinar.

Cole said: “The housing market is defying the gloomier predictions we saw earlier this year with a surge of sellers entering the market as market confidence improves. The discussions I’m having with agents at the moment are largely focused around the wider industry with topics like mortgage rates and regulation front of mind for many. We’ll be discussing this and much more next week.”

The webinar will take place on Wednesday 14 of June at 10:30am and agents interested in attending can sign up here to secure their spot.
