Zoopla has announced that 4.5 million homeowners now subscribe to its MyHome experience to track the value of their home.
The property portal says that this latest hits milestone follows on from a record-breaking week for Zoopla in June, after the business delivered an all-time high of vendor leads for agents.
Zoopla says that 61% of consumers visiting its website come first for a home valuation – claiming that is significantly more than any other property website.
As part of its latest marketing push, Zoopla estimates that around 16% of MyHome’s subscribers have signalled that they are serious sellers who are ready to move over the next 12 months.
It adds that Prospect Plus – Zoopla’s new vendor – has an impressive conversion rate of 43% to instruction.
Rich Hayes, COO at Zoopla, said: “Our position as the first choice for 61% of consumers seeking valuations has fuelled a staggering 45% growth in MyHome subscribers. This has translated directly into record-breaking vendor leads and undeniable ROI for our customers.
“What excites me most is the unparalleled pipeline this creates: 700,000 serious sellers primed to move in the next 12 months and over £1bn in potential commission for agents, delivering a uniquely engaged audience.”
