Trade tool retailer ITS has signed an eight-year lease at specialist logistics developer Padrock’s Dagenham Logistics Hub.

ITS will move into a 17,700 sq ft unit at the £95m east London development in April, which it said would be London’s largest tool superstore.
Dagenham Logistics Hub, located between the A12 and A13 east London arterial roads near Dagenham East Underground, comprises 14 leasehold industrial and warehouse units ranging from 6,550 sq ft to 34,825 sq ft, all with BREEAM ‘excellent’ and EPC ‘A+’ ratings.
ITS spokesperson Elliott Williams said: “The opening of our Dagenham superstore marks a major milestone for ITS and underlines our continued investment in London and the wider region.
“Dagenham Logistics Hub stood out for its prime position in east London, high-quality specification and strong sustainability credentials.
“The scheme aligns perfectly with our long-term growth strategy and our commitment to operating from modern, future-ready facilities.”
