Patsy Walton

Patsy Walton has left her position as head of marketing at OnTheMarket after almost nine years in the role, and has been replaced by Tom Gough.

Walton has worked with OTM since its inception in 2014 and has overseen major growth, within the company and her department.

Walton did not issue a statement as to why she has left the job, but states on her LinkedIn profile page that she is “currently taking a break”.

Jason Tebb, chief executive officer of OnTheMarket, commented: “On behalf of the team at OnTheMarket, I want to thank Patsy for her contributions to the company.

“As head of marketing, she was a vital part of the team that oversaw our launch, our admission to London Stock Exchange in 2018 and more recently, our full rebrand in 2021.

“We greatly appreciate all Patsy’s hard work, dedication, and support throughout his time. We wish her all the best in her future endeavours.”

Walton has been succeeded by Tom Gough, who joins the firm with a wealth of knowledge gained in a number of industries, including gaming and financial services.

As the new head of marketing, he brings more than 20 years’ experience across both digital and offline channels to OnTheMarket.

Gough said: “Ever since I met the leadership team at OnTheMarket, I have been impressed with the passion and knowledge they have for the business, the industry and the agents we serve.

“Since joining the team, I am very happy to see that this passion spreads throughout the business. We have lots of great plans and I look forward in helping to implement them going forward.”
