The property comprises 79 self-contained flats and currently produces an annual income of £306,389.36.

Meanwhile, a freehold detached grade II-listed building in St John’s Wood, north-west London, which has two self-contained split-level flats covering approximately 2,378 sq ft, is guided at £3m-plus.

Also in north-west London, a freehold building with three self-contained flats, which generate £108,000 in annual rental income, has a guide price of £1.85m-plus.

Finally, a freehold part grade II-listed corner building in Birmingham, which has planning consent to be redeveloped into 37 residential apartments with ground-floor commercial accommodation, is guided at more than £2.75m.

Richard Adamson, managing partner and residential auctioneer at Allsop, said: “Following the great success of our largest-ever January auction sale, which raised over £65m with a success rate in excess of 91%, we are delighted to release our second residential auction catalogue of the year.

“The sale will be over two days and already includes some very high-quality assets being sold by a wide variety of motivated sellers. As market conditions seem to be improving and we see more buyers return to the market, we anticipate a busy couple of weeks of marketing.”
