A new estate agency has been opened in Glasgow by a well-established legal firm in the city.
Kee Solicitors, which has plenty of experience operating in the housing market, having assisted clients with property sales and property rentals across the city, has launched Kee Property.
But rather than just focus on Glasgow, the new estate agency, which is headed up by Jonatan Kee, will also cover the property market across the Central Belt of Scotland.
The expansion into estate agency marks an exciting chapter in Kee Solicitors’ ambitious growth plans, according to Kee, managing partner at the firm.
He said: “Opening Kee Property marks an important next step in the evolution of our business as we seek to provide clients with a comprehensive suite of legal, financial and property services.”
Kee Property says that it has ‘assembled a group of talented estate agency and conveyancing professionals’, including experienced property lawyers like conveyancing solicitor Konrad Queen, who brings legal acumen to the new estate agency.
“We will bring our premium levels of service, high standards of client care and transparent pricing to the Glasgow estate agency market and help our clients find, buy and sell properties across Scotland,” Kee added.
