BriefYourMarket announces PropTech integration with SME Professional – London WalletBriefYourMarket, part of nurtur.group, has announced its integration with SME Professional, a property management software.

Started in 2006 by Fraser Sutherland, SME Professional was developed to streamline the management of letting portfolios by creating software that would automate the property management process.

Sutherland said the software’s feature-rich system and focus on innovation and integrations with valuable partners had been key to its success.

SME Professional provides comprehensive property management and estate agency solutions to agents across the country.

According to Sutherland, the system makes every step of property management more efficient, from importing bank statements and automated client accounting to creating tenancy agreements, electronically-signed documents, maintenance certification, contractor management, and property marketing.

He said: “When it comes to lettings management, our system is one of most advanced platforms in the UK in terms of functionality. The integration with BriefYourMarket will further enhance our offering to our customers by introducing additional aspects, such as the ability to send bulk emails without the need of using a third partner supplier, as well as various other property marketing functions.”

Richard Combellack, COO at BriefYourMarket, commented: “Through the integration we will be able to scale the level of emails the system to able to send, while enhancing the customer experience and property marketing capabilities of the system. The result will be a powerful property management and marketing platform able to handle a substantial database.”

BriefYourMarket and SME Professional have been working closely together on the API end points.

“We have been looking at all aspects of the integration and how the two systems can work together to drive more business to our mutual customer base. The transition between the two systems will enable customers to market to their prospects with greater effectiveness and efficiency,” added Combellack.
