Caitríona Balfe on Outlander’s emotional end: ‘There’s a lot of tears’

On what drew her to the project, she said: “It’s fun. It’s really fun. You know, when I read the script, I was like, ‘Okay, this is a really smart take on this genre.’ I love Rami. We’ve known each other, sort of socially, slightly, for like, 10 years, and I always wanted to work with him. This was an amazing chance to do so.”
