CBRE has made three new appointments to its UK industrial and logistics leasing and development advisory team.
New hires: (L-R) Tom Erxleben, Chris Knight and Chris Proctor
Chris Knight and Tom Erxleben, both from Cushman & Wakefield, join as senior director and associate director respectively, while Chris Proctor joins as director from Avison Young.
Proctor and Erxleben have already joined the firm, and Knight is set to join the team on 1 April. The trio will be based in London.
Knight brings more than 30 years of experience, most recently spending six years at Cushman & Wakefield, where he was a partner working across London and the South East.
Erxleben spent more than eight years at Cushman & Wakefield, progressing from graduate surveyor to associate director.
Proctor spent the last three years as associate director at Avison Young. He previously worked at FHP Property Consultants for more than six years.
