Kimberley Green

Kimberley Green joins Spicerhaart Spalding Partnership

Kimberley Green has joined Haart as a senior partner as part of the Spicerhaart Spalding Partnership, a virtual branch to the Wisbech property centre.

Working from home, Green will focus on the property market in Long Sutton having moved from Wisbech in 2022.

She said: “My partner was born and raised in Long Sutton, and I’ve been visiting frequently since.

“We love it here and it’s a wonderful, friendly, and safe environment to raise our two children.

“It’s a great place to live, with excellent nurseries, schools, local shops, and pubs and the community feels like a big family, and it’s conveniently located near Kings Lynn, the Norfolk coast, and Peterborough.

“I’m thrilled to start my new role after working in estate agency for a long time, the opportunity to join came at the perfect time.”

A Haart spokesperson commented: “The town offers a range of properties from contemporary living spaces to charming cottages and elegant Victorian homes and Spalding’s property market caters to every budget.”

James Harvey

The house. Partnership has welcomed James Harvey to their Elmbridge business.

Harvey, previously a partner and office head of sales at Knight Frank Cobham, has more than 25 years’ experience working in the industry, having started his career with James Fancy in Esher in 1998.

He spent a couple of years with Curchods Esher before returning to Jame Fancy to run the Esher office in 2011, which he did for five years before joining Knight Frank.

After nearly eight years with Knight Frank, he made the decision to leave the corporate world and join house. Partnership.

Harvey said: “The business is changing, and these changes have gathered pace, particularly over the past two or three years. I wanted to shift from focusing on high-volume property listing, and all the management that goes with that, to being fully hands-on, dealing only directly with buyers and sellers on a one-to-one basis and guiding and nurturing successful moves.

“Esher, Cobham and Horsley have always been my home, so whilst I have never worked or lived in London, my journey down the A3 corridor is very much in line with the profile of those I am trying to help with their property journeys.

The house. Partnership’s founder, Andrew Giles, added: “Most agencies these days are target-driven, so there’s little cooperation between offices.

“Our approach is totally different: we’re collaborative and very old-school in the way the partnership works: we refer business between our Partners, everyone knows what’s going on throughout the business, and it’s all for the benefit of our clients.

“Also, the experienced Partner you meet is the person you’ll deal with throughout your entire sale or purchase, unlike other agencies where you’ll deal with different people in a branch office.”

Martyn Clark

Martyn Clark takes over as CEO at Crest Nicholson

Martyn Clark, formerly chief commercial officer at rival Persimmon, has replaced Peter Truscott as the new CEO of housebuilder Crest Nicholson.

Clark joined the business on 3 June, and took over as CEO on 14 June. He had been with Persimmon for nine years in senior roles in the south division including regional chairman before his appointment as COO in 2022. Prior to that he spent 28 years at Bloor Homes.

Chairman Iain Ferguson said: “Martyn brings a wealth of experience in the housebuilding industry which will be of huge benefit to Crest Nicholson at this important time for the Group. We very much look forward to working with him.
