United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty has appointed Dominik Graf as director of operations as former chief operating officer, Alex Isidro is promoted to managing director.

With over 12 years of industry experience, Graf brings a proven track record in high-value transactions and operational ingenuity to the brokerage.

Fluent in English and German, the estate agency says Graf’s leadership model is defined by a people-first philosophy and results-driven mindset.

As branch manager at Martin & Co., he grew the prime London Riverside flagship from inception into the UK’s second-fastest-growing branch within the parent company, Property Franchise Group. At Castle Property Group, he leveraged analytical insights and built bespoke AI frameworks to optimise operational efficiency, strengthen compliance and drive revenue growth.

Graf said: “The company’s incredible growth and market leadership speak for themselves. I look forward to contributing to its next chapter, working with some of the industry’s finest talent and driving performance at the highest level.”

LSL appoints chief financial officer’

David Tilak

LSL Property Services has appointed David Tilak as chief financial officer. He will join on 12 January 2026.

He joins from Serco Group, where he is currently Group Finance Director, and has previously held leadership roles at General Electric and Imperial Brands.

With 25 years’ experience of strategic, financial and operational roles across complex businesses in a range of
industries, Tilak has a proven track record of driving and delivering growth through strategic investment and transformation.

Adrian Collins, chair of LSL, said: “LSL’s potential as a leading property services group is clear and the Board and senior management are charged with delivering on that potential. David’s appointment comes after a rigorous and extensive search process, and will help bring a sharp focus to the financial aspects of the Group reinvigoration which we have underway.”

Adam Castleton, Chief Executive Officer, commented: “David’s extensive experience and proven capabilities make him a strong fit for LSL as we focus on driving our business forwards and leveraging our collective strengths to drive growth, profits and shareholder value. We look forward to working with him.

I would like to thank David Wolffe, who has been fulfilling the role of interim CFO, for his contribution

Catherine Merrett joins Harding Green 

Catherine Merrett

Harding Green has announced that Catherine Merrett has joined the company as a partner.

Catherine Merrett has extensive experience working in estate agency, including 15 years as sales manager at Antony Roberts in Richmond.

Merrett said: “The company’s forward-thinking model and commitment to delivering a highly personalised service to clients align perfectly with my own values and approach to estate agency.”

Harding Green’s CEO, Nick Carter, commented: “With extensive experience in the London property market, she [Merrett] brings significant expertise and deep local insight. Catherine’s professionalism and approach reflect the standards we value, and she’ll be a great asset to our West London network.”
