Interim CEO John Owen will continue to serve as a director of the company as well as the bank, Discover said. head of Canadian personal banking. Former Chief Executive Roger C. Hochschild resigned in August, not long after Discover disclosed that it had misclassified certain credit-card accounts into its highest merchant pricing tiers for years.
