This week’s Agents MVMT podcast ‘Pass the Syrup’, presented by Ben Madden, features Clare Hughes of eXp UK, Liana Loporto Browne of Loporto Browne Residential, and Verona Frankish, CEO of Yopa Property.

In a slightly different format to usual, Madden questions three of the founding members of the Women in Estate Agency Group on its place within the industry, the state of underrepresentation throughout the world of estate agency, and on the actual need for the group.

As a father of three young daughters and an employer that embraces equality, Madden’s somewhat rose-tinted views of the world women experience, as well as perhaps other minorities within the property industry, are tackled head on, in this full frontal look at the world we work, and live in.
