Chris Webb, founder of The Estate Agent Consultancy, has announced the return of his end-of-year estate agency conference, taking place on Wednesday 10 December at the Village Hotel, Coventry.
Following last year’s sell-out event, the 2025 conference will once again focus on helping agents plan, prepare, and grow their businesses for the year ahead. The theme for this year’s event is: “Make 2026 Your Best Year Ever.”
The one-day programme will feature a line-up of high-profile industry speakers, including:
+ Toby Martin, property consultant and trainer, known for helping agencies build standout brands and high-performing systems.
+ Simon Leadbetter, seasoned marketing expert with senior experience at Knight Frank, Countrywide, and Fine & Country.
+ Elaine Penhaul, founder of award-winning Lemon & Lime Interiors and author of Sell High, Sell Fast, recognised for championing home staging as a key part of property marketing.
In addition to keynote sessions, the conference will offer a packed agenda of practical workshops and discussions designed to give attendees actionable insights and strategies they can implement straight away.
