Minors & Brady has announce the opening of its eighth branch, pledging to share profits with the community.

The estate agency’s new office, located in Diss, has created six new full-time jobs in the area.

The independent agency, founded in 2014 by Jamie Minors and Alex Brady, has expanded to a team of 90 agents across Norfolk and Suffolk.

Its new Diss branch will donate 10% of its first year’s profits, with a minimum £3,000, to East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices and the PACT animal sanctuary.

This new branch, situated at 46–47 Mere Street, the former location of Musker McIntyre, will be led by Nicola Hembling, who has been operating in the area for more than 40 years.
