Cardiff Rugby has confirmed a new partnership with MGY Estate Agents, who join as the club’s Official Estate Agent Partner.

Founded over 38 years ago, MGY is an independent estate agency operating across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan, with seven offices offering services in residential sales and lettings, commercial property, land development, and surveying.

MGY has had a long-standing association with Cardiff Rugby, including previous sponsorship involvement. The connection is further strengthened by MGY Director James Thomas, a former Cardiff academy player who went on to represent the club at senior level.

The new partnership formalises the relationship between the two organisations, which has included working with players, staff, and supporters over the years.

James Thomas, director of MGY Estate Agents, said: “This is an exciting year to be sponsoring Cardiff Rugby and we’re thrilled to be a part of it. At MGY, we share the same values of passion, commitment, and community, and with our recent expansion into Penarth and Barry, we’re proud to be strengthening our ties across South Wales while continuing to support the city’s sporting heritage.

“We look forward to an exciting season ahead, both on and off the field.”

Jason Harries, head of business development at Cardiff Rugby, added: “MGY’s reputation for outstanding service across Cardiff’s property market makes them a perfect fit for the Cardiff Rugby family. Together, we look forward to building a successful relationship that supports our ambitions on and off the field, while offering added value to our supporters and the wider community.”
