Fine & Country has launched its newest license in Ashford and The Weald, Kent, officially opening, officially opening for business this week.

This latest addition to the Fine & Country network will be led by experienced estate agents Richard Simpson and Amy Hall, who bring decades of experience in the area to their new roles as directors.

Simpson, who was born and raised in Ashford, has worked in the local property market for 18 years and has an intimate knowledge of the region’s diverse offerings.

Reflecting on the decision to open a Fine & Country office in Ashford and The Weald, he said: “This area is not only where I’ve built my career but also where I’ve created countless personal memories. From a professional perspective, Ashford and The Weald offer an exceptional property market with incredible potential.”

Simpson continued: Our focus is on working closely with a select group of vendors who share our commitment to excellence. Fine & Country offers the highest standards of service, and we are determined to uphold those standards in everything we do. The Fine & Country name is widely recognised in the area, but we want to ensure it becomes synonymous with outstanding service and exceptional results.”

“They [Fine and Countru] are a global brand with a stellar reputation, and we are proud to bring their values to the people of Ashford and The Weald,” he added

Jack Burton, Business Development Manager for Fine & Country, added: “Ashford, The Weald and Rye are special locations, and I am confident this new location will thrive as part of the Fine & Country network.”
