Transformation guru Kyle Hermans, CEO of the transformation agency Be Courageous, has been appointed Senior Partner and Client Director responsible for US & International clients. As well, Michal Oshman, former Global Head of Company Culture at TikTok, previously International Head of Leadership Development at Facebook/Meta, joins Oxford Leadership as a Partner and Client Director.
