Anti-money laundering (AML) specialists FCS Compliance has announced the latest in its series of free webinars for property professionals.
Ask the experts – everything you need to know about customer due diligence (CDD) takes the form of a live panel where property professionals can put their questions direct to a team of CDD specialists.
The hour-long webinar starts at 10am am on Thursday 27 November. While the agenda will be led by the audience, the subjects up for discussion are likely to include:
+ Differentiating between simplified and enhanced due diligence
+ Verifying complex ownership
+ Relying on CDD and the pitfalls to look out for
The aim is to provide property professionals with the confidence to deal with handling CDD issues on a day-to-day basis.
The panel will include senior figures from FCS Compliance: Stephen Williamson, lead AML consultant in the property division; Caroline Walters, director of Quality Standards; and Jen Siwicki, senior AML consultant.
