An independent estate agency in Kenilworth has launched a new letting agency.

Julie Philpot Residential, which opened in 2019, has now launched a new letting department.

“The lettings service has been in the planning for around 12 months, and we are really excited to get it going,” Philpot told the press. “We want to provide the same standard of service, from an independent, owner-led business that we have done on the sales side of things. It is all about expanding on that ethos.”

She continued: “Our lettings will follow the same boutique approach where it is very much quality over quantity.

“It will follow the same principles as our sales side, being a more boutique service.

“Donna has lots of experience in lettings, so landlords and tenants will be in good hands, she is really looking forward to getting going.

“We will offer a Premium and Fully Managed service, a Letting and Rent Collection Service as well as Let Only.

“We want to tailor the service to our clients needs.”
